OBJECTIVE
We were contacted in 2009 from the White House Social Office to help President and Mrs. Obama to create a fascination filled trick-or-treat experience for inner city school children and military families on Halloween night. The goal was to create an enchanting, but not scary, fantasy experience to delight the trick or treaters as they made their way along the White House grounds. We had so much fun we were invited back again in 2013.
